Ty helped me purchase my first home amidst the backdrop of COVID. I am a CPA and Banker and so naturally skeptical and analytical when it comes to financial decisions. His understanding of market trends, willingness to explain thought process and quick response times gave me a leg up on other buyers and I was able to purchase a condo in one of the hottest real estate markets in the world for under asking. After possession I learned of another unit in the building similar to mine (size, finish, layout) sold for $68 ppsf more just 10 days later; by following Ty’s advice the market value of my condo is almost $50k up and I haven’t even been in it for more than 10 days!
